Trial Of Cases To Be Conducted In Open Bench
The court shall
conduct the trial of cases in open bench.
Provided that the trail of a case related to the offence of
espionage, human trafficking and transportation, sexual offence, a
case involving a child as the accused or victim, violence against
women, rape, incest or a case running between husband and wife or
any other case that the court has, considering it reasonable to do so,
ordered for trial in camera, may be conducted in camera, and the
court may prohibit the access to such bench of any person, other than
the concerned parties to that case, concerned law practitioners,
employees of the court and such other persons as the court considers
necessary.
